Privacy notice
Last updated 30 August 2026
Short version: we collect what you put in the enquiry form, we use it to reply to you, and we do not sell it or send you marketing you did not ask for.
What we collect
We collect the information you type into the enquiry form, and nothing beyond it. There are no hidden fields collecting anything else.
- Name, email address and phone number
- Company name, if you choose to give one
- The service you selected and, optionally, a budget range
- The message you wrote
- How you would prefer us to reply
- The page you submitted from
- The date and time of submission
Why we collect it
To read your enquiry and reply to it. That is the entire purpose.
We do not add you to a mailing list, we do not build a profile, and we do not sell, rent or share your details with third parties for their own marketing.
Spam protection
The form includes a hidden field that people never see, and it measures how long the form was open before submission. Both are used only to distinguish automated submissions from real ones.
Where it is stored
When you send an enquiry, it is saved in a private database hosted by Supabase in its Mumbai (India) region. The website can add an enquiry to it but cannot read anything back from it.
A notification containing your enquiry is then sent to our own inbox through Resend, an email-delivery service, which keeps delivery records for a short period to provide the service.
Your enquiry lives in our email inbox and that database, and access to both is limited to the people who need it to reply to you.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as the conversation is live, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to us.
If you ask us to delete your enquiry, we will do it and confirm when it is done.
Analytics and cookies
This site does not use advertising cookies, and it does not track you across other websites.
If a privacy-conscious analytics provider is configured, it records aggregate page views and a small number of interaction events — such as a WhatsApp click — without cookies and without identifying you.
Third parties
Contacting us via WhatsApp means your message is handled by WhatsApp under their own terms and privacy policy. The same applies to email, which passes through your provider and ours.
Fonts are served by Google Fonts, which may receive a request from your browser when the page loads.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email us and we will act on it.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional statutory rights. We will honour them.
