These terms cover this website. Anything we build for you is governed by a separate agreement signed by both sides.
These terms apply to your use of this website. They do not govern any engagement with FluxFlow — client work is covered by a separate written agreement signed by both parties.
By using this site you accept these terms. If you do not, please do not use it.
The descriptions of services on this site explain how we approach that kind of work. They are not an offer, a fixed scope or a quotation. Scope, timeline and price are agreed in writing, per engagement.
We take care to keep the site accurate but do not warrant that everything is complete or current at all times.
Projects presented on this site are clearly labelled. Entries marked "Concept" are internal design explorations. Entries marked "Prototype" are working builds produced by us for our own testing.
Neither represents a delivered client engagement, and no performance, revenue or conversion outcome is claimed for them. Where a project is a delivered client engagement, it is labelled as such and published with that client's permission.
The design, code, copy and visual assets of this site belong to FluxFlow Studio unless stated otherwise.
You may view, share and quote from the site with attribution. You may not copy the site wholesale, or present its content as your own.
Sending an enquiry does not create a contract or a client relationship, and does not oblige us to take on the work.
Please do not send confidential information through the enquiry form. If confidentiality matters, say so and we will agree how to exchange it properly first.
We aim to keep this site available and working, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, hosting incidents and issues outside our control can all interrupt it.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on the general information published on this site.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Where we link to other websites, we do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.
We may update these terms. The version published here, with the date shown above, is the one that applies.
