When the hardest design problem is the first sentence.
A launch-site concept for a technical product with a hard explanation problem — where the main design challenge is a sentence, not a layout.

Capabilities used
Technical products are usually explained by their builders, in their own vocabulary, to an audience that does not share it.
We used Quanta to explore how far positioning work can carry a site before any visual design happens at all.
Approach
We wrote and rewrote the single-sentence explanation until it survived being read by someone outside the category, then built the entire page structure to support that sentence.
Editorial typography carrying the argument, a diagram that shows the mechanism rather than decorating it, and progressive disclosure so a technical reader can go deeper without the general reader being blocked.
A near-zero-JavaScript build: server-rendered, native scroll-driven reveals, and a total page weight small enough to load instantly on a mid-range phone over 4G.
Outcome
A positioning framework we now reuse in discovery, plus a set of editorial page patterns for products that need explaining rather than selling.
Why there are no numbers here. This is an internal concept, not a client engagement. We do not publish conversion rates, revenue or satisfaction figures that no real deployment produced.
